PRACTICE SESSION TOPICS
Below is a partial list of topics that I will be reviewing in my practice sessions. Please call or email me to sign up for them. I will try to address specific concerns as much as possible, to the extent that they are relevant to the practice topic, but please keep in mind that this will not be a session tailored to you specifically, but rather to my study needs.
I would encourage you to sign up for two practice sessions in a given topic--perhaps at several days' interval--in order to be certain that I have time to do all the relevant techniques on you.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in helping me to become a better practitioner!
Upper rib cage and Lungs.
For each person, I will first examine the rib cage, and treat whatever restrictions and/or misalignments may be present in the vertebrae and ribs. Then I will move into looking at the fascia of the lungs and the lung tissue itself.
Please keep in mind that you do not have to have "a lung problem" to benefit from work on the lungs. Many shoulder, neck, and upper back problems can be traced to restriction in and pulls from the lung connective tissue coverings. Moreover, all improvement in lung and rib cage mobility will improve breathing, oxygenation of blood, immunity, and overall health.
Lower rib cage and Liver.
For each person, I will first examine the rib cage, and treat whatever restrictions and/or misalignments may be present in the vertebrae and ribs. Then I will move into looking at the attachments of the liver and the liver tissue itself.
The liver is a master organ, meaning that it is of great importance in the body's physiology. Addressing the liver would be part of my treatment protocol for any of the following issues: fatigue, retarded healing, right shoulder pain, frontal or temporal headaches, migraines, any digestive dysfunction, fibromyalgia, acne, anger management. | |
